• Unlimited Doctor Exams
• Any vaccines determined by species, age, lifestyle and  medical status:

• In house Feline FIV/Felv test, if needed. (limit 1,ages 0-7)
• Annual Blood Panel (limit 1, every 12 months)
• Fecal Ova, Parasite and Giardia Screen (limit 1, every 12 months)
• Canine Heartworm Test (limit 1, every 12 months after 1 year of age)
• Roundworm Dewormings (under 1 year of age)
• Blood Pressure Screening (limit one, every 12 months after 7 years of age)

* Medications, treatments, procedures and diagnostics outside the scope of plan will incur additional costs due at the time of service.

* Plan features will automatically adjust according to pet’s age.
